I was really familiar with MLA when I came to college, I have been writing in this format since sixth grade. Sometimes I still make mistakes. My hanging indents in my works cited page are something I either forget to include or struggle to format. But I feel I have improved with writing a work cited in this course and reference my “Little Seagull”. When citing a source in my paper I know how to format it. For example, “We should again ask those in Washington to pass along the American tradition of a strong investment in scientific knowledge, and trust in the scientific method, to future generations”(Boslough). When using a quote in a paper you need to make sure you give credit to the source. I think I am pretty successful in using MLA format.
